- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the cube steaks with salt and pepper and place them in the slow cooker.
- Top the steaks with the sliced onion.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and onion soup mix in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the steaks and onions.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, lightly sear the cube steaks before slow cooking. Leftover gravy is great on other meals.
