M&M’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Indulge in these delightful brownie bombs that combine a rich brownie exterior with a gooey cookie dough center bursting with mini chocolate chips and M&M’s.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch baked brownies (homemade or boxed, cooled)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heat-treated flour
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s
  • 1 1/2 cups melted chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bake brownies and let them cool completely. Crumble brownies into a bowl.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add milk and vanilla, and mix in heat-treated flour. Fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
  3. Scoop small balls of cookie dough and place them on a tray. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Take a portion of brownie crumbs, flatten in your hand, place a cookie dough ball in the center, wrap brownie around it, and roll into a ball.
  5. (Optional) Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.

Notes

Make sure your brownies are completely cool before crumbling them; this helps in forming the brownie bombs. Experiment with different types of M&M’s or chocolate chips.
