Ingredients
Scale
- 1 batch baked brownies (homemade or boxed, cooled)
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heat-treated flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup M&M’s
- 1 1/2 cups melted chocolate (optional)
Instructions
- Bake brownies and let them cool completely. Crumble brownies into a bowl.
- In a bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy. Add milk and vanilla, and mix in heat-treated flour. Fold in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Scoop small balls of cookie dough and place them on a tray. Chill for 20–30 minutes.
- Take a portion of brownie crumbs, flatten in your hand, place a cookie dough ball in the center, wrap brownie around it, and roll into a ball.
- (Optional) Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
Notes
Make sure your brownies are completely cool before crumbling them; this helps in forming the brownie bombs. Experiment with different types of M&M’s or chocolate chips.
