- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, then top it with the breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, use leftover or rotisserie chicken. Feel free to incorporate vegetables like broccoli or spinach.
