Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, then top it with the breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, use leftover or rotisserie chicken. Feel free to incorporate vegetables like broccoli or spinach.
