  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for rolling cookies)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Roll the dough into balls and then roll each ball in sugar.
  7. Place the cookie balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
