Description

Delightful homemade candies featuring white chocolate, dried cranberries, and pistachios, perfect for sharing or gifting during the festive season.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, crushed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream until just simmering.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  3. Add dried cranberries and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
  4. Let the mixture cool completely, then refrigerate until firm.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small amounts, roll into balls, and then roll in crushed pistachios.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill until set.
  7. Serve as a festive treat or package as a gift.
