Description
A refreshing Yogurt Fruit Bowl made with layers of creamy yogurt and fresh fruits, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (240g)
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries (75g)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup melon balls or diced melon (80g)
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granola (30g)
- 1 tsp cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
- Optional: honey drizzle, chia seeds, coconut flakes
Instructions
- Spoon the Greek yogurt into two serving bowls and smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.
- Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, kiwi, and melon neatly over the yogurt.
- Add the granola to one side of the bowl.
- Warm the peanut butter slightly in the microwave for easier drizzling.
- Spoon or drizzle the peanut butter over the fruit and yogurt.
- Sprinkle cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips on top.
- Add optional honey, chia seeds, or coconut flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately while the fruit is fresh and the granola stays crunchy.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh, but components can be stored separately for up to three days.
