Description

A refreshing Yogurt Fruit Bowl made with layers of creamy yogurt and fresh fruits, perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (240g)
  • 4 strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (75g)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup melon balls or diced melon (80g)
  • 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup granola (30g)
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
  • Optional: honey drizzle, chia seeds, coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Spoon the Greek yogurt into two serving bowls and smooth the tops with the back of a spoon.
  2. Arrange the strawberries, blueberries, banana slices, kiwi, and melon neatly over the yogurt.
  3. Add the granola to one side of the bowl.
  4. Warm the peanut butter slightly in the microwave for easier drizzling.
  5. Spoon or drizzle the peanut butter over the fruit and yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips on top.
  7. Add optional honey, chia seeds, or coconut flakes if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while the fruit is fresh and the granola stays crunchy.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but components can be stored separately for up to three days.
