Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup crushed nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Layer the bottom of a popsicle mold with vanilla ice cream.
  2. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
  3. Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl.
  4. Melt in the microwave until smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the frozen ice cream layer.
  6. Add crushed nuts on top if desired.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  8. Remove from mold and enjoy!

Notes
