Instructions

  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract until everything is fully combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake batter into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Transfer it to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
