Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the melted white chocolate and vanilla extract until everything is fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the graham cracker crust.

- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Transfer it to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
