- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sugar for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken in a mixture of rice flour and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches, first at a lower temperature until cooked through.
- Increase the oil temperature and double fry the chicken until golden and crispy.
- Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with preferred dipping sauce or garnish.
