Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Hot sauce to taste (optional)
  • Chopped pickles or jalapeños (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grate the cheese and set aside.
  2. Prepare the pimentos by draining and chopping, if necessary.
  3. Mix the grated cheddar and pimentos with mayonnaise in a large bowl.
  4. Optional: Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
  5. Incorporate any spices or hot sauce as desired.
