- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup honey
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved (1-2 minutes).
- Pour in the bourbon and cook for about a minute to let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Stir in the honey until well combined and thickened to desired consistency.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, cook for a few extra minutes; for a thinner sauce, remove from heat earlier.
