Description
Quick and delicious air fryer salmon that cooks perfectly every time, keeping the fish juicy and flaky.
Ingredients

- 2 salmon filets (6oz each, skin or no skin is fine)
- 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (regular or smoked)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or any coarse salt)
- Lemon slices
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Brush tops of salmon filets with melted butter.
- Mix together paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Generously sprinkle the mixture over the top of the filets.
- Add foil to the bottom of the air fryer basket and spritz with a little cooking spray. Preheat at 390°F for 5 minutes.
- Place salmon, skin side down on foil. Set the air fryer to “air fry” setting at 390°F for 10 minutes.
- Check for doneness. Internal temp should be 145°F and fish will easily flake with a fork.
- Serve and enjoy with fresh lemon!
Notes
For a special touch, serve with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Consider trying a glaze like teriyaki or honey mustard for added flavor.
