Description
A simple and flavorful air fryer recipe for juicy, crispy chicken breasts, perfect for any weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8oz each)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry crushed rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a shallow baking dish and whisk together.
- Add chicken and coat well so it’s all submerged in the mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes; two hours is better; overnight is best!
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken breasts to the air fryer and air fry at 360°F for 16-20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and place it on a plate or cutting board to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For more flavor, consider marinating the chicken overnight. Don’t forget to let the chicken rest after cooking to retain the juices.
