Description

Delicious cookies packed with peanut butter, chocolate chips, and chopped Reese’s for the ultimate indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Cream together the peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth in another bowl.
  4. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Cookies can be served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container or freeze for longer shelf life.
