- 2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cream together the peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth in another bowl.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Cookies can be served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container or freeze for longer shelf life.
