- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash the goumi berries and remove any stems.
- Combine the berries with sugar, cornstarch, salt, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Stir everything together until the berries are well-coated.
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Spread the filling evenly.
- Roll out a top crust if desired, crimp edges, and cut slits for steam to escape.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
