Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by cleaning and deveining them.

- Combine the cooked shrimp, chopped onion, cilantro, and any optional ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together the lime juice, ketchup, and hot sauce in a separate bowl.
- Mix the sauce with the shrimp mixture until evenly coated; let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve in individual glasses or bowls, garnished with cilantro or lime wedges.
