Instructions
- Wash and dry your tomatoes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Rinse the arugula under cold water and dry it thoroughly.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it into pieces.
- Combine the arugula, tomatoes, and any additional ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the salad.
- Add the cheese, if using, and drizzle your chosen dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to mix all ingredients and coat with dressing.
- Serve immediately in a large serving dish.
