- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 liter vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup crushed cookies
- ½ cup chocolate fudge sauce
- Remaining fudge sauce
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Place the crust into the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Remove the vanilla ice cream from the freezer about 10–15 minutes before assembling.
- Place the softened ice cream into a chilled mixing bowl.
- Fold in the crushed cookies and half of the chocolate fudge sauce.
- Spread the ice cream mixture evenly over the chilled cookie crust.
- Drizzle the remaining fudge sauce across the surface in a zigzag pattern.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top.
- Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Allow the cake to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before slicing.
