  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the pumpkin puree, melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookies are set but still soft.
  8. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
