Instructions
- Prepare the matcha: In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder. Add hot water and whisk until it’s smooth and slightly frothy.
- Make the strawberry puree: Blend the strawberries with the sweetener until smooth. If you prefer, you can strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
- Assemble the latte: Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the milk, followed by the matcha, and top with the strawberry puree. Stir gently to create a beautiful gradient effect.
