Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring layers of strawberries, whipped cream, and graham crackers that transform into cake-like layers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 14 to 16 whole graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing and hulling them. Slice into thin pieces.
  2. Make the whipped cream by beating the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until stiff peaks develop.
  3. Begin layering by spreading a thin layer of whipped cream in a baking dish, followed by a layer of graham crackers, more whipped cream, and strawberries. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Decorate the top with additional strawberries and crushed graham crackers for texture.
  5. Chill the dish tightly covered in plastic wrap for at least six hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

Use the freshest strawberries for best results, and chill your mixing bowl before whipping cream for better consistency.
