- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries for that fresh flavor!
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Spoon a dollop of the cheesecake mixture into the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork for a nice crimped look.
