- 4 oz (½ block) brick-style cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until a sticky dough forms.
- Add the cream cheese and gently fold it into the dough to create a ‘cheesecake swirl’ effect.
- Drop mounds of dough onto the baking sheets, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are set but centers are still soft.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
