Description

A delightful dessert combining cheesecake and banana pudding with fresh strawberries and cookies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced
  • 34 bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding base: In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Add the sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese. Beat until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl with vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and light.
  3. Mix the strawberry cream layer: In a separate bowl, combine the strawberry puree with the whipped topping until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
  4. Assemble the layers in a large glass dish or individual cups starting with a layer of the vanilla cheesecake pudding, followed by crushed vanilla wafers, then sliced bananas, sliced strawberries, and a layer of the strawberry cream mixture. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with strawberry cream on top.
  5. Garnish with extra sliced strawberries, banana slices, and crushed vanilla wafers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to allow the pudding to set and flavors to blend. Serve chilled.

Notes

Use fresh fruit for the best flavor. Homemade whipped cream adds richness. Customize with additional fruits or chocolate layers.
