Description

Indulgent treats combining chocolate, peanut butter, and Snickers bars.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 68 chopped Snickers bars
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Optional: Chopped peanuts, Caramel drizzle, Extra chopped Snickers pieces, Whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of your dish and chill for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make the peanut butter layer by beating cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
  3. Add chopped Snickers bars over the peanut butter layer and gently press them in.
  4. Make the chocolate topping by heating heavy cream, then pouring it over chocolate chips and stirring until smooth.
  5. Assemble by pouring the chocolate ganache over the candy layer and spreading evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
  7. Slice into squares and serve chilled or slightly softened.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for a smooth peanut butter layer. Chill properly to set the dessert.
