- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6–8 chopped Snickers bars
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Optional: Chopped peanuts, Caramel drizzle, Extra chopped Snickers pieces, Whipped cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of your dish and chill for 15-20 minutes.
- Make the peanut butter layer by beating cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until creamy.
- Add chopped Snickers bars over the peanut butter layer and gently press them in.
- Make the chocolate topping by heating heavy cream, then pouring it over chocolate chips and stirring until smooth.
- Assemble by pouring the chocolate ganache over the candy layer and spreading evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled or slightly softened.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for a smooth peanut butter layer. Chill properly to set the dessert.
