Description

A rich, moist, and incredibly easy dessert that cooks entirely on the stovetop, combining ripe bananas and chocolate for a show-stopping treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 Large Ripe Bananas
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5060 g Chocolate Spread (or Nutella)
  • 80 g Neutral Oil
  • 40 g Yogurt
  • 180 ml Milk
  • 225 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 2024 g Cocoa Powder
  • 1214 g Baking Powder
  • 12 g Vanilla
  • Extra Chocolate & Kinder Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Prep the Skillet and Wet Base: Generously grease the skillet; mash 2 bananas, whisk in 3 eggs and chocolate spread.
  2. Add the oil, yogurt, and milk; stir until fully combined.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla, and baking powder; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet; cook on very low heat for 45–50 minutes without lifting the lid.
  5. Arrange chocolate on top of the cake; cover for 5 minutes to melt the toppings.
  6. Let the cake rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat slices in the microwave for a gooey topping.
