- 3/4 cup sucralose (or to taste)
- 4 cups cold water

Instructions
- Prepare the lemons: Wash and roll them on a countertop to make juicing easier. Cut in half and extract juice.
- Make the simple syrup: Combine 1 cup of water and 3/4 cup of sucralose in a saucepan. Heat over medium while stirring until dissolved, then cool.
- Combine ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the cooled simple syrup and lemon juice. Add 4 cups of cold water and stir well.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed.
- Serve immediately over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint, if desired.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh lemons and adjust sweetness to your liking. Chill before serving for a refreshing experience.
