Description

A refreshing low-calorie lemonade recipe using sucralose for sweetening, perfect for a guilt-free summertime drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (approximately 46 lemons)
  • 1 cup water (for the simple syrup)
  • 3/4 cup sucralose (or to taste)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lemons: Wash and roll them on a countertop to make juicing easier. Cut in half and extract juice.
  2. Make the simple syrup: Combine 1 cup of water and 3/4 cup of sucralose in a saucepan. Heat over medium while stirring until dissolved, then cool.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the cooled simple syrup and lemon juice. Add 4 cups of cold water and stir well.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed.
  5. Serve immediately over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint, if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use fresh lemons and adjust sweetness to your liking. Chill before serving for a refreshing experience.
