Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  2. Transfer the processed chicken into a large bowl.
  3. Next, add the diced celery and onion into the bowl with the chicken.
  4. Incorporate the relish, Greek yogurt, mayo, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper into the mix.
  5. Toss everything together until the ingredients blend into a creamy, chunky chicken salad.
  6. Serve it right away or chill for later.
