- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces
- Peanut butter cups, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; gradually blend it into the peanut butter mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces until evenly distributed.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Press a peanut butter cup on top of each cookie, giving it a gentle push into the dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
Notes
For best texture, use room temperature ingredients and don’t over mix the dough.
