Description

Ingredients

  • Ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • Eggs
  • Quinoa or brown rice
  • Chickpeas or black beans
  • Spinach or mixed greens
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
