High Protein Banana Bread

Description

A deliciously moist banana bread packed with protein, perfect for snacks, breakfast, or post-workout fuel.


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix well.
  4. Combine the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Make sure your bananas are very ripe for the best flavor. Consider adding nuts for added texture.
