- 1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups heat-treated flour (155g)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (90g)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (180g)
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- Pink food coloring
- Pink candy pieces (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)
- Mini marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring until evenly combined.
- Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder just until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
- Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and fluffy for the edible cookie dough.
- Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
- Add heat-treated flour and stir until a soft cookie dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
- Cut into small rounds or squares using a cookie cutter or knife.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and pink food coloring until smooth and pourable for the pink glaze.
- Spoon the glaze over each brownie bite, letting it drip down the sides.
- Top with pink candies or sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
- Chill the bites for 20 minutes before serving for best texture.
