  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (113g)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups heat-treated flour (155g)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (90g)
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (180g)
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • Pink food coloring
  • Pink candy pieces (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring until evenly combined.
  3. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder just until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  5. Beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and fluffy for the edible cookie dough.
  6. Mix in milk and vanilla extract.
  7. Add heat-treated flour and stir until a soft cookie dough forms. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  8. Press the cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
  9. Cut into small rounds or squares using a cookie cutter or knife.
  10. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and pink food coloring until smooth and pourable for the pink glaze.
  11. Spoon the glaze over each brownie bite, letting it drip down the sides.
  12. Top with pink candies or sprinkles while the glaze is still wet.
  13. Chill the bites for 20 minutes before serving for best texture.
