- 1/4 cup crushed pistachios

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing horizontally into two layers.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth to make the pineapple cream filling.
- Whip the heavy cream until fluffy peaks form in a separate bowl, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple, vanilla pudding mix, and chopped pistachios until thick and creamy.
- Spread the pineapple cream filling between the cake layers and over the top of the cake.
- Pipe or spread whipped cream around the edges for a bakery-style look.
- Top with pineapple chunks, crushed pistachios, and a generous caramel drizzle.
- Chill the cake for at least 1 hour before serving to enhance the filling’s creaminess.
