Description

A delightful treat that combines the tropical sweetness of pineapple with a light and airy mousse, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • Β½ cup of sugar
  • 1 package of gelatin
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-baked sponge cake or graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the drained crushed pineapple and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of warm water, then add it to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  5. Pour the mousse over the sponge cake or graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 180 minutes or until set.
