- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create chimichurri marinade.
- Marinate the flank steak in the chimichurri for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F–450°F).
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with extra chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.

For maximum flavor, let the steak marinate overnight. Always slice against the grain for tenderness.
