Description

A delicious grilled flank steak marinated with chimichurri sauce for a tangy and flavorful meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to create chimichurri marinade.
  2. Marinate the flank steak in the chimichurri for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F–450°F).
  4. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness.
  5. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  6. Serve with extra chimichurri sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

For maximum flavor, let the steak marinate overnight. Always slice against the grain for tenderness.
