- 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Additional crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth, then mix in the powdered sugar.
- Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 45 minutes, then let cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, then top with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother filling. Use dark chocolate Oreos for a richer flavor.
