Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Additional crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth, then mix in the powdered sugar.
  4. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for about 45 minutes, then let cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, then top with additional crushed Oreos before serving.

Notes

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother filling. Use dark chocolate Oreos for a richer flavor.
