Description

A delightful and creamy dessert that combines the classic flavors of chocolate sandwich cookies with a light fluffiness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix, 3.4 oz (96 g)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk (360 ml)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (226 g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container frozen whipped topping, thawed, 8 oz (226 g)
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, roughly crushed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows (100 g)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (85 g), optional
  • 6 additional chocolate sandwich cookies, broken into pieces for topping
  • Extra mini marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken. Set it aside for 5 minutes to fully thicken.
  2. In a separate bowl, use a mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it is completely smooth and fluffy.
  3. Gradually add the thickened pudding mixture to the cream cheese, mixing a little at a time until the mixture is creamy and free of lumps.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping. Be careful not to overmix, as you want to retain that light and fluffy texture.
  5. Roughly crush 20 of the chocolate sandwich cookies, keeping some larger chunks for that delightful cookies-and-cream texture.
  6. Incorporate the crushed cookies, mini marshmallows, and optional white chocolate chips into the creamy mixture with a spatula.
  7. Cover the mixture and chill it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. When you’re ready to serve, spoon the Oreo Fluff into a large serving bowl, piling it high for a visually appealing presentation. Top it with the broken cookie pieces, extra mini marshmallows, and a sprinkling of chocolate cookie crumbs for a fun finish.
  9. Serve chilled with extra cookies for dipping, or scoop generous portions into dessert cups to create an easy, party-ready treat.

Notes

Oreo Fluff can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed within the first 48 hours for optimal freshness.
