Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 packages (3.9 oz each) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin. Set aside 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
  2. Mix the remaining crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Spread over the chilled Oreo crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thick. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with whipped topping, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved Oreo crumbs over the top. Decorate with gummy worms if desired.
  7. Chill for at least 120 minutes before serving.
