Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the pasta and pour in the milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook according to pasta package instructions, stirring frequently until the pasta is al dente and the liquid has thickened.
