- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the pasta and pour in the milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Cook according to pasta package instructions, stirring frequently until the pasta is al dente and the liquid has thickened.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Try using freshly grated Parmesan cheese for enhanced flavor. To make it vegan, use plant-based milk and nutritional yeast instead of cheese.
