A creamy and rich dessert that combines peanut butter with a sweet whipped topping, perfect for family gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well blended.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to create a crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
  5. Beat together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth in a separate bowl.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
  9. Top with more whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered for up to a week. Can also be frozen for longer storage.
