- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well blended.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to create a crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
- Beat together the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth in a separate bowl.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Top with more whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered for up to a week. Can also be frozen for longer storage.
