A giant, soft, and gooey chocolate chip cookie pie stuffed with warm Nutella, perfect for parties and family gatherings.
Ingredients

- 250 g unsalted butter, softened
- 200 g light brown sugar
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 380 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 250 g milk chocolate chips
- 400 g Nutella
- 50 g milk chocolate chips (for topping)
- Extra Nutella for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the pan by lining with parchment paper and greasing the sides.
- Make the Nutella disc by freezing it on parchment or in a silicone mold for 1-2 hours.
- Heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the wet ingredients: butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Build the pie by pressing two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan, placing the Nutella disc in the center, and covering with the remaining dough.
- Add the topping by sprinkling milk chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool for 30 to 40 minutes before slicing into wedges.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with cold milk or ice cream.
Notes
Use a springform pan for easy removal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or 5 days in the fridge.
