A delightful no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries in a layered format.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Graham crackers or ladyfingers
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers or ladyfingers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
