- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Strawberries, sliced
- Graham crackers or ladyfingers
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Layer half of the graham crackers or ladyfingers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the cream cheese mixture. Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
