Description

Homemade Peanut Butter Protein Bars, easy to make, nutritious, and customizable for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in the rolled oats, protein powder (if using), chocolate chips (if using), and vanilla extract until fully mixed.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the dish and press down firmly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
  6. Cut into bars and enjoy your healthy snack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
