Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Stir in the rolled oats, protein powder (if using), chocolate chips (if using), and vanilla extract until fully mixed.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the dish and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes to set.
- Cut into bars and enjoy your healthy snack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
