Instructions
- Combine the peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the graham cracker crumbs until a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well coated. Return them to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage, separating layers with parchment paper.
