Description

Creamy and delicious No-Bake Oreo Pie made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and whipped cream – an easy dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 22 Double Stuf Oreo cookies, crushed (about 2 cups crumbs)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 18 Double Stuf Oreo cookies, divided
  • Homemade whipped cream
  • Extra Oreo cookies for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (190°C).
  2. Place the 22 Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.
  4. Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes, then remove and let the Oreo pie crust cool completely.
  6. For the filling, roughly chop 10 Oreo cookies into small pieces and set aside.
  7. Crush the remaining 8 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  8. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  9. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, softened butter, and sea salt until smooth and creamy.
  10. Gently fold the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
  11. Stir in both the crushed Oreos and chopped Oreo pieces.
  12. Spread the Oreo filling evenly into the cooled crust.
  13. Pipe or spoon homemade whipped cream around the edges of the pie and garnish with extra Oreo cookies if desired.
  14. Refrigerate for at least 180 minutes, or overnight for the best texture.
  15. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. You can add chocolate ganache on top before refrigerating for an extra indulgent touch.
