A delightful no-bake cheesecake with a creamy chocolate filling, topped with Oreo cookies and chocolate ganache.

- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 10 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Whole Oreo cookies (for topping)
- Chocolate drizzle (for topping)
- Mini chocolate chips (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Mix in the melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until rich and silky.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream gently into the chocolate cheesecake mixture until light and fluffy. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 360 minutes or overnight until fully set.
- For the ganache, heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until glossy and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the chilled cheesecake, letting it drip down the sides. Decorate with whole Oreo cookies, chocolate drizzle, and mini chocolate chips. Chill for another 20-30 minutes before slicing. Serve cold.
Notes
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Whip the cream only until stiff peaks form to avoid a grainy texture.
