Instructions

- Whip the Cream: In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

- Fill the crust: Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Make the Chocolate Ganache: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Add the chocolate layer: Pour the warm ganache over the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
- Chill the pie: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired before slicing and serving cold.
