- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk (for topping)
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line the bottom of a 9 by 13 inch pan with a layer of graham crackers.
- Whisk together the pudding and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and airy.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the second cracker layer.
- Add the final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Melt butter and additional milk in a small pan, then whisk in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt to make the topping.
- Pour the chocolate topping over the final layer and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve cold directly from the refrigerator.
