Description

A rich, creamy, no-bake pie with a buttery graham-cracker crust and luscious butterscotch filling topped with whipped cream and caramel.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups whole milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 0.25 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in refrigerator.
  2. Make the pudding layer: Whisk together the instant pudding mix and whole milk until thickened, then set aside.
  3. Prepare the cream filling: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then gradually incorporate heavy cream until fluffy.
  4. Combine the pudding and cream cheese mixtures, folding gently until smooth, then pour into the chilled crust.
  5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, let pie chill overnight. Customize toppings for added flavors.
