- 0.25 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Chill in refrigerator.
- Make the pudding layer: Whisk together the instant pudding mix and whole milk until thickened, then set aside.
- Prepare the cream filling: Beat cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then gradually incorporate heavy cream until fluffy.
- Combine the pudding and cream cheese mixtures, folding gently until smooth, then pour into the chilled crust.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
