Instructions
- Tenderize the chicken by placing it between plastic wrap and pounding it to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, ensuring even coating.
- Coat with breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).
